安装横纵分析技能（Skill）

10 月 10 日下午，三个调研演示之前。把 hv-analysis 的 GitHub 链接交给 Codex，说只装进这个仓库；不到 2 分钟装好，再问一句「OK，创建 MR？」，它就提交并开好 MR。
